About Me

Hi, I’m Chris Brown, a dedicated Personal Trainer, Rehabilitation Practitioner, and Myofascial Stretch Therapist. With a strong foundation in fitness and a passion for holistic wellness, I’ve built a career focused on helping individuals overcome challenges and achieve their health goals.

My journey began with a Diploma of Fitness, and I’ve since honed my expertise through a range of qualifications, including Rehab Practitioner, Rehab Master Class, Trigger Point Myofascial Compression Techniques, Biomechanics Method Corrective Exercise Specialist, and Wellness Coach certifications.

Drawing from my personal fitness background, which includes strongman, ultra marathons, calisthenics, boxing, MMA, gymnastics, and partner acrobatics, I’ve gained a deep understanding of the human body’s potential for growth and transformation.

Beyond my professional pursuits, I find joy in exploring my personal interests, particularly partner acrobatics and the captivating world of circus arts. Alongside these passions, I’m an avid traveler, seeking inspiration from different experiences and landscapes.

My decision to embark on this career path was deeply rooted in my own journey of recovery. After a significant injury in 2004, I underwent a rigorous year-long rehabilitation process that transformed my perspective on health and wellness. Motivated by this experience, I made it my life’s mission to expand my knowledge and empower others facing similar circumstances.
